Robert’s Ministry Experience

Robert Speck has to date experienced a 45 year career of oversight and strategic responsibility for all disciplines in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Mr. Speck rose quickly through the operations arm of the business into senior level roles by age 27. His experience spans a diverse range of industry segments (QSR, Fast Casual, Casual Dining, Fine Dining, and Family Dining). He has held chief executive positions with three different brands and served as a chief strategy officer for seven different concepts. His background includes vast experience on the Franchisor and Franchisee side of the business. He has employed a leadership philosophy built around an Enterprise Culture, inspired by his faith in Jesus Christ, whose example he has sought to use throughout his career. Married 49 years to Vickie Speck and they have 4 children (3 by birth and 1 by adoption) and 10 grand children.
