Everyone needs encouragement, especially pastors and people in ministry and leadership!

Job’s friend Eliphaz described him saying: “Your words have helped the tottering to stand and you have strengthened weak hands!” Daniel described his ministry “to be an encouragement and protection for the King!” The Apostle Paul knew the great value of people in ministry coming alongside other ministers and encouraging them (Philippians 2:19-21). Our precious Lord Jesus Christ told Peter: “I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail: and you, when once you have turned again, strengthen your brothers!” (Luke 22:32)
